Support at Home is the Australian Government's in-home aged care program. It replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025 and funds services that help older people remain safe and independent at home — including physiotherapy.

Absolutely! Physiotherapy is a funded allied health service under Support at Home. Sessions are drawn from your quarterly budget, and we provide the documentation your provider needs to approve and process them.

If you had a Home Care Package, your funding moved across to Support at Home automatically. Physiotherapy that was funded under your package can continue under the new program.

No doctor's referral is needed. Your care manager or provider simply engages Moveform Health as your physiotherapist, or you and your family can contact us directly and our team will coordinate with your provider.
